How much does it cost to get a vending machine for my location?
For qualifying locations, we offer completely free machine placement with no upfront costs. We handle the machine, products, maintenance, and restocking at no charge to you. Some specialty machine setups may involve nominal fees — we discuss this transparently during your free site assessment.
What locations are a good fit for a vending machine?
Any location with consistent foot traffic is a strong candidate: offices, warehouses, apartment buildings, gyms, schools, hospitals, hotels, and retail spaces. As a general guideline, 50+ regular daily visitors is a good baseline, though we evaluate each site individually.
How long does it take to get a machine installed?
After your initial consultation and site approval, most installations are completed within 5–10 business days. Larger or more complex deployments may take slightly longer.
Products & Restocking
Can I choose what products go in my machine?
Absolutely. We work with you to curate a product mix that suits your team or customer base — whether that is traditional snacks and drinks, healthier options, or a custom mix. Product selections can be updated at any time based on feedback and sales data.
How often are machines restocked?
Restocking frequency depends on machine traffic. Most locations are serviced weekly or bi-weekly. Machines connected to our remote inventory monitoring system trigger a restock visit automatically when products fall below threshold levels.
Do you offer healthy or specialty food options?
Yes. We have a full range of healthy vending options including fresh food, protein snacks, low-sugar drinks, and specialty dietary products. We also offer coffee, hot chocolate, frozen snacks, and culturally relevant products on request.
Maintenance & Repairs
What happens if the machine breaks down?
We aim to be on-site within 24 hours of a reported fault. Many issues are diagnosed remotely in advance so our technician arrives with the correct part. All repairs are covered under our service agreement at no extra cost to you.
Who is responsible for cleaning the machine?
We are. Our restocking visits include a full exterior wipe-down and interior surface cleaning. Deep sanitation is performed on a quarterly schedule or as needed.
Do you service machines we did not buy from you?
Yes, in most cases. Our technicians are trained on all major brands and models. Contact us with your machine make and model for a service quote.
